At most 5 files of 10 MB each (png, jpg, jpeg, gif, webp, mp4, webm, mov, txt, log, json, zip, pdf). A big video? Make a Wistic link and paste it into your message.

I only use your email address to reach you about this ticket if needed. My answer appears on the ticket page you get after sending.

Privacy: your message and attachments are only used to help you. Closed tickets are automatically deleted after 90 days.
